A new documentary, “What the Health” sure is stirring up a lot of controversy between omnivores and vegans/vegetarians out in the healing arts industries. There are many who will blindly follow the advice shared in this film, so it’s inevitable that you’re going to run into someone singing its praises – if you haven’t already. We thought we would share some helpful resources with you so that you are armed when approached about the information in this movie. It all comes down to common sense, so we must respect the physiology of the human body to determine what our nutritional needs really are and then tweak for bio-individuality. As you learned in Module 1, Dr. Weston A. Price found no vegetarian culture that was truly healthy and even the ones who did NOT eat animal flesh, eggs, worms, and insects, all sources of rich animal protein, were consumed.
