Customer Support, Refunds and More:

The NTA Merch Market is facilitated through a third-party platform called, Printful. Printful is a full-service product fulfillment center and will handle all customer support questions regarding orders, shipping & handling, refunds, etc.

Refunds and Exchanges:
  • Due to the print-on-demand nature of these items, exchanges and returns will not be accepted. To ensure you order the correct size and item ahead of your confirmation of purchase, please view the appropriate sizing guides on each product’s description.
  • If items are damaged, please fill out a Damaged Product Request Form no later than two weeks after your product was received to begin this process and we will work with Printful to submit this request.
