I am passionate about health and nutrition. I believe that true health and vitality are only possible when one is feeding one's body with high quality, nutrient dense foods. The natural state of the human body is to be healthy. It's our dietary and lifestyle choices that lead to dysfunction and disease. There's almost nothing that raises one's quality of life more than having energy, mental focus, restful sleep, and being free of the chronic diseases that impact so many.
