About Your Practice
As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I work with women to help them navigate hormone imbalances through diet and lifestyle changes. I am particularly dedicated to educating women on how to effectively support their bodies while on birth control, when transitioning off and/or post-birth control through bio-individual nutritional therapy protocols. Services I offer include: 1:1 Nutritional Therapy, online courses and pre-constructed protocols for other NTP's to use in their practice!
