I help individuals who are struggling with their health from low energy levels, digestive symptoms, mood swings, and weight fluctuations, create positive health habits so they can get back to living well. Although I’m happy to work with all types of clients, I especially love working with women in all stages of motherhood, from pre-conception through postpartum and beyond.
I offer new clients a 3-month program where I create a game plan and help them execute it over that time period. A big focus of mine is to keep my clients in the driver’s seat because the goal is to create changes that are achievable and that are going to last. I believe that the body has innate wisdom and by supporting it in foundational ways, we can get back to a thriving place. All of this is possible while enjoying the pleasure of eating!
