Heather McDonough, BA, FNTP, RWP

Heather McDonough holds a BA in Education from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (2018), Restorative Wellness Practitioner (2023), and Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (2024).

With her credentials and a diverse background as a private chef and co-founder of eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. (an allergy-friendly baking mix company), Heather has inspired clients and various audiences as a public speaker at universities, health clubs, wellness centers, and corporate wellness events.

Above all, Heather is most passionate about working one-on-one with clients. As an NTA Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Heather takes a foundational, root-cause approach to wellness, empowering each client to support the body’s natural ability to heal.
