Watch the replay of Ashley Castle, NTP answer this important question and more!

Ashley Castle is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Restorative Wellness Practitioner. She specializes in encouraging clients on a path to healing by looking internally to the health of the gut and the mind. She loves to empower clients in their healing journey by helping them tune in to their body’s needs and learn how to listen to its cries for help, while also focusing on the internal dialogue of the mind. Her own health journey with Hashimoto’s and working toward remission have given her the tools and the empathy to help others on a similar path. Using functional lab testing to look at the gut, she utilizes this inside-out approach in her practice to get at the root of dysfunction and guide her clients toward taking empowered control of their health.⁣⁣

During this Facebook Live, Ashley shared practical tips that you can implement immediately after graduation and answered common questions about practicing as an NTP or NTC. If you’ve been wondering what it’s like to be an NTP or NTC, you’ll definitely want to watch.
