About Your Practice
My name is Ellie and I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Restorative Wellness Practitioner and Birth/Postpartum Doula and I work as a Prenatal Health & Wellness Coach. I help remove the stress, chaos, and uncertainty of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. My clients are well-informed and educated about pregnancy/birth/postpartum, they have fewer digestive issues, eat more nutrient dense foods, are more grounded, and feel confident in their body and mind.
