Congratulations on your decision to enroll at the Nutritional Therapy Association! You are about to embark on a life-changing journey of education and empowerment.
Please note that we are only able to accept PDFs. We are unable to accept photos of your registration documents or links to the document file in such applications as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. You must either:
* Fill out the registration PDF digitally using Adobe Acrobat, macOS Preview, etc. and send back the PDF document. Here is a quick and informational YouTube video with instruction on how to digitally sign a document.
* Print the registration packet, fill it out by hand, scan it, and send us the scanned PDF file. You can use a scanner or an app like Genius Scan (which is available on iOS and Android), which will allow you to export the scanned file as a PDF.
Please keep in mind we cannot reserve your spot in the program until we receive the application and successful payment in full or through the payment plan —the seats for each venue are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
Please allow 1-2 business days for your registration application to be processed. Once we have completed processing your application, we will send you a confirmation email. We look forward to welcoming you as a student and a member of the NTA community!
