Hello, I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a background in Biology, Plant Studies, Homeopathy, Reiki Energy work, and Blood Chemistry Analysis. I have spent over 15 years following the Weston A. Price diet with a focus on nutrient dense, properly prepared foods as solutions to client concerns. My approach is straightforward; I believe in the innate healing power of our bodies. As a parent of three teenagers who've never relied on medications of any sort, I bring a personal commitment to holistic wellness. I look forward to working with you on your health goals.
