My 1:1 counseling practice is centered around women burdened with digestive issues who have a hard time getting through their days feeling drained and debilitated by their symptoms. They’re tired of feeling run down, restricted and unsure how to nourish their body. We’ll get to the root of their symptoms, identify the right foods, nutrients and lifestyle practices to support their body and ultimately eliminate the distress. I believe in simple, approachable, sustainable changes and am passionate about my clients learning to live happier and healthier through good gut health. Grocery guides, recipes, meal plans all included as needed.
