I have designed my practice to support families and individuals to improve health through whole-food nutrition and nutritional supplements. I am available to work with clients in person in my Northern Utah office, but I also work with individuals online across the United States. Each client is unique, and I will create a plan for each of them that is completely customized, and is based on comprehensive health histories, functional evaluations, and lab tests. I specialize in gastrointestinal healing, hormone balancing, amino acid therapy, and autoimmunity. I have advanced training as a Functional Supplement Specialist.
