I have four decades of experience as an Occupational Therapist. I became interested in and studied nutrition and herbal medicine. I became a chapter leader of the Weston A. Price Foundation in 2000. I received a certificate as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and opened my nutrition practice in 2012. Because of my medical experience, I am uniquely suited to guide those people who are enduring complex medical issues and are motivated to learn how to integrate properly prepared nutrient-dense, whole foods into their diet. Finding the root cause relating to difficulties with digestion and absorption, blood sugar balance, essential fatty acid, and mineral needs, and hydration is essential to recovering health, wholeness, and well-being.
