I have a wealth of eating wisdom, a career from dietitian through food processing to risk and operations management. After a close family member died of cancer at 49, I re-evaluated EVERYTHING and have worked for myself for over 5 years.
Preventative health is ideally my focus, otherwise I aim to get to the root cause of health concerns, not just treating the symptoms. I use real food that suits your body's individual nutritional and lifestyle tastes. I listen to your whole body and mind and not just about what you eat. Recommendations can include dietary changes, mindset, lifestyle considerations and/or nutritional supplementation based on a systematic, functional approach. I use non-invasive evaluative techniques, the intention is to identify what will nourish your body and help you to find its healthy equilibrium. I love to meet new people and listen to their health journeys. I believe in assisting at a pace that suits you. My Scottish accent (despite being in Tasmania for nearly 30 years), along with my friendly, positive and nurturing nature helps to put my clients at ease.
