Hi, I’m Dr. DiNezza, DC!
I love helping people heal their guts so they can enjoy more foods and poop like champions. I especially love helping people recover from FODMAP intolerance and have helped hundreds of people reintroduce high FODMAP foods like onions, garlic, apples, and avocados. Intolerance to (or bloating from) high FODMAP foods is especially common amongst people who have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), which I specialize in helping.
I am proud to be one of the hosts of the IBS Freedom Podcast. In our podcast, my co-host Amy Hollenkamp, RD and I discuss all things gut health. Topics include nutrition and holistic therapies for IBS, SIBO, leaky gut, candida, and acid reflux. The IBS Freedom Podcast can be found on Youtube as well as audio-based podcast apps.
