I offer an online course to guide children ages 5-11 (and their families) in how to fuel their bodies with delicious and nourishing food. I earned certificates from BioIndividual Nutrition Institute (Julie Matthews) and the Nutritional Therapy Association. Having lived with kidney disease since 1977, I also have expertise in helping people navigate the kidney diet to help slow the progression of kidney disease. Though I focus on children, families, and those with kidney disease, I also work with anyone who wants nutrition guidance. I have expertise in helping people navigate elimination diets such as gluten-free. dairy-free, low FODMAP, and low histamine, among others.
