I am a Certified Functional Nutritional Therapist, behavior modification coach, and mother of five sons. I’ve recently added DNA hair analysis to my practice which adds another layer of information to balance the human body. After being a personal trainer and fitness instructor in the wellness space for ten years, I became discouraged seeing so many conflicting protocols and practices being promoted with physical aesthetics being the primary goal. I became my own wellness advocate and researcher of all things health and wellness. As an FNTP I look at the human body from a holistic point of view. I evaluate the signs and symptoms the body gives to find imbalances and lifestyle shifts, that will allow us to stop feeling overrun and chronically tired. I believe in a whole-food, nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory diet. Progression, not perfection is the goal with small sustainable habits to build a more vibrant balanced life through individually tailored nutrition. You can often find me soaking up the sunshine with hikes, paddle boarding, and practicing yoga.
