Jenny Swain is the owner of My Gym Children’s Fitness Center of Frisco. She opened her business in 2008 while working concurrently for various financial consulting firms. After leaving her corporate job in 2014, Swain started Real Food Glow LLC, a nutritional consulting business, and SwainCo LLC, a small business accounting firm. She holds a BS from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. In addition to operating My Gym with a business partner, Swain works as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in private practice, teaches health classes in her community and writes about holistic living on her website. With her former corporate background, she also provides accounting and financial consulting services to other small businesses. Swain is a self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur, a certified Zumba® Instructor, a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a Certified Public Accountant. She lives with her husband and two boys in Frisco, TX and enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with friends and family, working out and traveling.
Lily Milkovic is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor, member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and holds a degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Aside from nutrition, Milkovic enjoys a passion for video editing and post-production and has a former life in Los Angeles where she worked for various TV shows. After finally being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease she shifted gears and devoted herself to a life of learning and healing. Milkovic is a self-proclaimed dreamer, idealist, foodie, and minimalist. She lives currently with her husband and beloved furbabies in Austin, TX, and finds immense joy in traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and guiding others towards optimal health and wellness. Milkovic works in private practice, teaches health classes in her community and does nutrition consulting for other businesses.
